(A) Banana 290g
Yeast 4.5g
(B) Eggs 220g
(C) Sugar 240g
Plain Flour 300g
Baking Powder 7.5g
Sodium B 3g
Salt 3g
Overlette 6g
Corn Oil 200g
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200*C.2. Blend A for 10 mins. Set aside.
3. Beat C until well combined, then at in A, and then add in B slowly.
4. Pour the batter evenly into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 200*C for 30 mins and then 160*C for 20
mins or until well done.

Any type of banana can be used for this recipe? or only certain type?
